We offer Jiu-Jitsu classes for every level, and we are excited to provide you with a variety of training methods. Come check out any of our classes at any time! Participation is welcomed and encouraged.

Our Kids Jiu-Jitsu program is designed to build confidence, discipline, and self-defense skills in a fun environment! Through engaging drills, interactive games, and structured techniques, children will learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while improving coordination, strength and focus.
Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals (13+ and Adults)

Our Jiu-Jitsu Fundamentals class is the perfect stating point for teens and adults looking to learn the core techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a structured and supportive environment. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your basics, this class focuses on fundamental movements, self-defense, and positional control.
Competition/Advanced Class

Take your Jiu-Jitsu to the next level with our Advanced Class., designed for experienced practitioners looking to refine their technique, sharpen strategy, and enhance competition skills. This class focuses on high-level techniques, positional sparring, and advanced submissions while emphasizing fluid movement and technical execution.
Women’s Jiu-Jitsu Class

Our Women’s Jiu-Jitsu Class is a supportive and empowering environment where women of all skill levels can train, learn self-defense, and build confidence. This Class focuses on fundamental techniques, situational awareness, and practical applications of Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and encouraging setting.
Mat Moms Workout Class

Get a great workout while your kids train! Our Mat Moms Workout Class is designed for busy moms who want to stay active, build strength, and improve fitness. This class is alongside Kids’ Jiu-Jitsu sessions, make it easy to fit exercise into your schedule!
Striking

Our Striking Class is designed to hep you develop powerful, effective, striking skills for self-defense, fitness or competition. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, this class focuses on proper technique, footwork, and striking combinations to improve your overall stand-up game.
Hot Power Flow Yoga

Find balance, strength, and calm through guided yoga sessions designed for all experience levels. Whether you're building flexibility, reducing stress, or deepening your practice, our classes create a supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
