Hero Fit is a fitness system designed and taught by professional martial artist Quentin "Hero" Henry. If you suffer from lack of mobility or wish to rehabilitate after an injury or surgery, Hero Fit can help you reach your fitness goals.

12 minute strength and mobility
12 minute cardio
5 minutes of core work
3 minute cool down
Short breaks are taken in between each part of the workout.
Warm up includes light core work and both static/dynamic stretching.
Strength and mobility focuses on core/hip movement using elastic bands.
Cardio is martial arts-influenced, and includes non-contact kickboxing and pad work.
Core work involves ab tightening, planks, and anti-rotational movement.
Cool down concludes the workout with light movement and stretching.
Hero Fit sessions are by appointment only and allow clients to join with friends to have their own customized fitness program as a team. Group discounts also apply.
