No Gi Conditioning


All bjj students can benefit from training without the kimono at times.

The student is forced to learn new grips since the collar, sleeves, and pant legs are no longer available. You will gain an new understanding of the “handles” on the human body and how to control an opponent.

In addition, we incorporate a system of jiu-jitsu-based calisthenics in order to further prepare our students for success. These classes are high-energy and faster paced than some of the more instructional based programs.

No Gi Conditioning is Saturday 10:30am – 11:30am.
